Our goal is to make the best products. Yet, sometimes unfortunate things do occur. This might be due to a material deficiency or problems during processing. In order to make a decision, we need information. Please fill out the claim form and accommodate with photos. The more information we get, the faster we can draw a conclusion. This is also an important tool to us for continuous improvement.
